Order it once.
Reorder it in one click.
Every vendor one tap from their order page. A parts list that builds itself as you order and a service calendar for every truck, saw and vacuum. Also, a shelf count that will read “LOW” before Monday morning, so you don’t find out the hard way!
Every vendor, one tap from their order page
“Who did we get those filters from last time?” is not a question anybody should have to ask.
Put in the places you buy from — blades and bits, filters and oil, hydraulics, tires — with the website you order on, your account number and who your rep is. Tap the name and you are on their site.
- Phone and rep one tap away from the counter guy’s cell.
- Your account number on the card, where it belongs, not in somebody’s head.
- How many of their parts are already on your reorder list.
The parts list builds itself
Out of 14-inch blades at 5 in the morning, and the part number is on a receipt in somebody’s truck.
The first time you order something, log it: the part, the part number, the page you bought it from, how many, what it cost. That is the last time anybody types it. From then on it is Reorder — one click opens the product page and puts the order on the record, same quantity as last time.
- Last price and last order date on every line — you see a price jump before you pay it.
- Every order kept: who, when, how many. Got it when the box arrives.
- Grouped by vendor, searchable by name or part number.

The oil change nobody remembered, remembered
The sticker on the windshield said 3,000 miles ago. The saw that seized said the rest.
Every truck and every piece of equipment, each with what it needs and how often — oil every 90 days, grease the wall saw monthly, DOT once a year. It lands on a month calendar the whole shop can read from across the room.
- Red is overdue. Amber is due this week. Grey is where it falls next if it is done on time.
- Done logs the date, the miles or hours and what it cost — and the next one moves itself out from the day it was actually done.
- Every truck carries its own history: what was done, when, by whom.
It says LOW before Monday does
Nobody counts the bits until the man who needs one is standing at the shelf.
Bits, blades, filters, oil — what is on the shelf and where. Minus when something goes out, plus when it comes in, and every change is kept. Set the number you never want to drop below and the line turns LOW the moment it gets there, with Reorder right beside it.
- Count sets the exact number after a shelf count.
- Tie an item to a part and reordering it is the same one click.
- “Low only” turns the whole shelf into a shopping list.
